Philip Mitchell, Owner and Tour Director, provides an experience that is a natural continuation of his life’s work. A true restauranteur and culinary enthusiast, Philip has owned and operated award-winning restaurants throughout his entire professional career. Now shifting his focus towards supporting other community-based businesses, Philip is excited to showcase the brilliant Pacific Northwest Culinary World within Whistler and contribute to the inspiring community we are lucky enough to be part of.
A ‘True Foodie’, Philip can often be found chasing new culinary adventures in his travels and hosting extraordinary family dinners in his home.
